It also provides insight to get to know your feelings, identify the beliefs behind your feelings, challenging and changing your beliefs, acting on your feelings, and getting help.<\/p>\n<p>What is emotional health?\u00a0 The Malehealth web site says, &#8220;<em>Emotional health is not about feeling good all the time.
